Cancellation
You can cancel your Mnemoverse subscription at any time:
- Sign in to console.mnemoverse.com
- Go to Settings → Manage subscription
- Click Cancel subscription in the Stripe customer portal
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will downgrade to the Free tier automatically.
Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription, we'll refund you in full. Email [email protected] with your account email and the date of payment.
After 14 days
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
If you experience a service outage that significantly affects your usage, contact support — we evaluate refund requests case by case.
Downgrade & data retention
When you downgrade from Pro or Team to Free:
- Your memories are preserved. We never delete your data on downgrade.
- Reads continue to work. You can read all your stored memories without limits on existing data.
- Writes are limited. New write operations follow Free tier limits (1,000 queries/day).
- Atom limit grace period. If you exceed the Free tier atom limit (10,000), you have 30 days to:
- Upgrade back to Pro/Team to lift the cap, or
- Export your data and delete what you no longer need
- After 30 days over the limit, new writes return
429 Quota Exceededuntil you reduce atoms or upgrade. - Reads always work — even when over the atom limit, you can always retrieve and export your data.
This is a deliberate choice: we never delete your memories without your explicit action. Your data is yours.
Account deletion
If you want to delete your account and all associated data permanently:
- Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account
- We will verify ownership and confirm deletion
- All API keys, memories, and account data are permanently removed within 7 days
This action cannot be undone. Make sure to export anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.
Failed payments
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds):
- Day 0: Stripe attempts to charge your card
- Day 1, 3, 5: Stripe retries automatically
- Day 7: Email notification sent to your account email
- Day 14: If still unpaid, subscription is canceled and account downgrades to Free
During this grace period, your service continues at the paid tier — we don't cut you off immediately.
You can update your payment method any time at Settings → Manage subscription.
