A query is any read or write to your memory — they're counted together against your daily limit. Free includes 1,000 queries/day, Pro 50,000/day, and Team 500,000/day.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from console.mnemoverse.com. There's no long-term contract on the Free, Pro, or Team plans.
Enterprise adds SSO/SAML single sign-on, dedicated isolated infrastructure, audit logs, custom data residency, and an uptime SLA, with custom rate limits and pricing. Compliance status and timelines are available on request — contact sales.
