Yes. The Free plan is enabled the moment you sign up. No credit card required. It includes 1,000 queries per day, 10,000 atoms of storage, and the full API (write, read, feedback, stats, consolidate) plus the MCP server.
A query is any read or write to your memory, and they're counted together against your daily limit. Free includes 1,000 queries/day, Pro 50,000/day, and Team 500,000/day.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from console.mnemoverse.com. There's no long-term contract on the Free, Pro, or Team plans.
Enterprise adds SSO/SAML single sign-on, dedicated isolated infrastructure, self-hosting options, audit logs, custom data residency, and an uptime SLA, with custom rate limits and pricing. Compliance status and timelines are available on request. Contact sales.
